Large French Carved Cabinet

This stunning antique cabinet is beautifully well made and features carved intricate detailing, imposing columns and stands on large bun feet.

Sanded thoroughly, removing the old varnish and then shaded to highlight the details. A wash of paint has been lightly applied to enhance the colour of the wood. Varnished fully for protection.

The original gold hardware has been cleaned and polished.

This large cabinet has two, lockable, good sized drawers over a large interior which has been cleaned and oiled - rehydrating the wood. The shelf inside provides ample storage space. Original keys provided.

Overall in excellent condition for its antique age and really is a show - stopping piece!
