Large Oak French Sideboard

This large oak sideboard has been shipped over from southern France and features beautiful detailing throughout. Featuring open shelving to display your cookware or treasures! 
The oak top has been stripped back revealing the grain, washed with a neutral tone and limed. The shelving has also been washed with paint to tie in with the top. 
The base has been refinished to a high standard with a good quality furniture paint in a soft, grounding neutral with a cosy sophistication. The details have been highlighted with a lighter tone. Fully varnished for protection. 
The original handles have been cleaned and polished. 
The four good sized drawers have been cleaned and oiled to rehydrate the wood. Overall, in very good condition for its vintage age. The bottom of the feet have incurred some damage over the years but nothing major and doesn’t affect the structure of the piece.
